An intern in the Audit department functions as an integral member of the audit team, becoming involved in various aspects of financial accounting, auditing and taxation. The first few days are spent in an orientation program where interns learn basic company protocol, administrative and technical procedures and receive an overview of the firm's practice and the services it provides.
